Dr Piotr Stendera

A graduate of the Dental Division of the Medical Academy in Warsaw. A member of staff at the Department of Dental Prosthetics of the Institute of Dentistry, Medical Academy in Warsaw. A specialist in general dentistry and dental prosthetics. Under the supervision of Prof. Spiechowicz he prepared and, in 1999, defended his doctoral dissertation "Overdenture restorations in prosthetic treatment".
He has taught in undergraduate and postgraduate courses and helped organise numerous congresses and symposia. Author of several dozen publications (articles, congress reports, reviews and translations). He has presented papers at national and international congresses, at meetings of the Polish Dental Society and at courses. He has taken part in over a dozen national and international symposia, congresses and courses - mainly on implantology. A member of the Polish Dental Society and the European Prosthodontic Association, and a holder of the skills certificate of the Polish Association of Dental Implantology.
